Barn House is a conversion from a traditional dales barn to give 3 double bedrooms and all the features you would expect to find in a quality home. It is situated in the quiet village of Thornton Rust, just off the A684 between Aysgarth and Bainbridge in Wensleydale.
Accommodation
The Kitchen has modern fitted units, Stanley cooker, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The Lounge has comfortable modern Ikea furniture, TV, video and a wood burning stove. The Dining room has a large dining table seating six, settee, audio system, and for the musical holiday maker a piano, plus magnificent views over the dale. The utility room has an automatic washer, fridge freezer plus an adjacent shower room with toilet and sink.
There are three upstairs double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one having an en suite sink. The Bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath, and an electric shower. The house is fully carpeted and has oil fired central heating. There are gardens to front and rear, with a paved area and picnic table. Off road parking for three cars. The house is an excellent centre for all the dales attractions, and has the added attraction of a nearby private 8 acre wood, with plenty to see.
